Royal Oak 4100SA

Royal Oak 4100SA

Description

  • The Third Royal Oak

Measuring 35.5 mm in diameter, this mid-size model retains all the qualities of the iconic Jumbo, but in a smaller format that is more appropriate to its time. This model is made of yellow gold and steel, a combination that perfectly matches the Royal Oak's design in order to accentuate the construction of the case and bracelet. The gold parts highlight key components such as the bezel and the bracelet's inner links while providing warm tones and interesting contrasts to the grey Small Tapisserie dial. Although its 35.5mm dimensions suggest something rather modest, the Royal Oak's design and integrated bracelet construction give it a much more pronounced presence on the wrist. Approaching a diameter of 36.5 to 37 mm when worn.

Launched in 1977, the Royal Oak 4100 is also known as the Royal Oak III in the AP archives as it is the third model in this family, after the legendary 5402 and 8638 (29 mm).
