Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer

Since its release in 2017, the Aqua Terra Worldtimer has remained a rather confidential piece in the Aqua Terra collection, which wants to be rather classic, through a versatile collection and composed of watches combining sportiness and classic look.
This 43 mm Omega Aqua Terra 150M Worldtimer has a stainless steel case with green ceramic bezel and a matching integrated rubber strap.

At the centre of the sunburst green dial, Omega created a vision of the Earth, seen from the top of the North Pole, by laser engraving of the continents and colours on a grade 5 titanium surface. Around the topographic map is a 24-hour indication, divided into night and day sections.

Omega's hometown of Bienne, Switzerland, is one of the many world destinations that surround the dial and its outer ring. Each city, with the exception of the British capital, are coloured in yellow gold. London is in red to highlight the Greenwich mean time, now more officially known as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The hours are displayed by Moonshine™ 18K gold hands and indexes. This watch is powered by the Calibre Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8938. Based on the well-known and powerful 89xx architecture, it is an automatic movement with 2 barrels for a 60h power reserve. And being an Omega engine, it features a free sprung-balance with a silicon balance spring and a co-axial escapement. As such, it is Master Chronometer-certified and boasts a high level of resistance to magnetism. The decoration is typical of the brand, with Geneva stripes in arabesque and blackened screws. Note that all adjustments, including the worldtimer function, are done by the crown.
