Modernist architecture
An emblematic model of the Maison Cartier, the Santos is reinvented here in a spectacular and contemporary version, while paying tribute to the pioneering spirit of the original created in 1904. With its openworked design and fully exposed horological architecture, the Santos de Cartier Skeleton WHSA0015 perfectly illustrates the technical and artistic mastery of the manufacture.
This stainless steel version stands out with a skeletonized dial sculpted directly from the movement, where the bridges elegantly form Cartier’s iconic Roman numerals. Readability is ensured by blued steel hands that appear to float above the fully visible calibre.
The case features a refined combination of brushed and polished finishes, maintaining the collection’s harmonious proportions and the signature octagonal crown set with a blue spinel. The watch is powered by the manual-winding in-house calibre 9611 MC, whose openworked construction showcases its mechanical beauty through both the front and back.
Fitted with an interchangeable stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp, the watch also comes with a second strap in alligator leather. The "QuickSwitch" system enables a fast, tool-free strap change, enhancing the modern versatility of this timepiece.
Offered in new condition, this 2023 Santos Skeleton is delivered with its full set: Cartier guarantee card, manual, presentation box, and outer box. An exceptional piece that combines bold contemporary design with the rich horological tradition of one of Place Vendôme’s most iconic maisons.
